Close to all amenities, located 2km from Allemont and all these shops and the departure of the Eau d'Olle Express gondola and 2km from the Vaujany ski resort connecting the Grand Domaine de l'Alpe d' Huez.
Apartment located on the ground floor of the owners' chalet. Capacity for 7 beds, recently restored for rental, bright and comfortably furnished with a large, very pleasant terrace for outdoor dining.
The apartment consists of:
- 1 bedroom: 1 160 cm bed and 1 90 cm bed
- 1 bedroom: 1 140 cm bed and 2x90 bunk bed
- 2 bathrooms (shower, sink, hairdryer)
- 1 separate toilet
- 1 living room: sofa and television
- 1 dining room with integrated kitchen: hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, electric coffee maker, Nespresso, kettle, toaster, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, drying rack, cleaning kit and complete dishes.

Possible weekend rental outside school holidays (minimum 2 nights)
Mandatory package in addition to the rental : 120€ including end-of-stay cleaning and bed sheet and towel service.
Security deposit : 600€ (to be sent 20 days before arrival date with payment of the balance of the rental)
